The following Terms and Conditions define the use of the services that are made available by Natropia Global Ltd. and represent a relationship and understanding between Natropia Global Ltd. and the individual who subscribes to our service.

Please read them carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services. By accessing the Natropia Global Ltd. TNL Academy website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Membership Responsibility

You may access TNL Academy by becoming a registered member and creating an account with us.  When you apply to use Natropia Global Ltd. services, you will be asked to select Username and Password through which you can access any course you have purchased on TNL Academy.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to safeguard the Username and Password you select from any unauthorised use.

IN NO EVENT WILL NATROPIA GLOBAL LTD. BE LIABLE FOR THE UNAUTHORISED USE OR MISUSE OF YOUR SUBSCRIBER ID OR PASSWORD.

Refund Policy

We reserve the right to limit or decline refund requests and our CEO is the only authority to make the final decision regarding such requests.
Please make sure to read this policy carefully because as a customer you are responsible for understanding it upon purchasing any item at our site.

Our 30-day refund policy is NOT “no questions asked”. We have an incredibly low refund request rates due to the extremely high quality of our services and products. Unfortunately, the occasional client tries to take advantage of us and requests a refund after using the product without giving any good reason.

Please understand that TNL is not a bank to store your funds in and then ask to recall when it suits you, and we are not a major corporation that you may feel it does no harm to, to try and rip off. We put our heart and soul into our work, to deliver the best possible training programs.

As such we ONLY accept refund requests accompanied with detailed and grounded reasons after you actually watched, listened, and attempted the lessons from the entire course. Refusal to provide a detailed explanation in what way the product or service does not live up to the promise of the marketing pages or videos will result in your inability to qualify for refund consideration.

Any other excuse will not be accepted including the following:

You would prefer to spend the money on something else or are experiencing some financial issue after the purchase – We are not a bank but a small firm trying to sustain itself;

You don’t have the time to do the course or think there is too much material – All our members have a lifetime access to the course material, which is clearly stated on all our sales pages;

You think the course content is in some way similar to XYZ company that gives it away for free on YouTube or somewhere else;

You changed your mind after the purchase and decided that seduction, meditation and becoming a better person is not for you.

You haven’t read or understood the product description prior to purchase – Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes will not be honored.

You haven’t paid attention to subscription and recurring payment plan details – We are extremely clear about all payment options on all our sales pages, checkout pages, and confirmation emails.

Due to unknown mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a purchase confirmation and a welcoming email with login credentials from us in your inbox, but in your spam folder. In case you don’t receive our emails, please contact us urgently for assistance. If you do not notify us about the course access issues within 3 days from the purchase date, we will consider that the product is accessed and being used.

You may request an exchange in lieu of the refund but such request must also include all details about why the course you signed up for didn’t start giving you the results you were hoping for and what problems have you experienced during it.

If you have any problems with the course or have a legitimate complaint, we are happy to help and are always looking to improve our customer service. Please contact [email protected] at any time for any concerns you may have or are experiencing technical issues and especially before putting in a charge-back claim or dispute.

If you fail to read our policy and then go on to open a dispute with your bank, PayPal or Stripe then you are causing us to take time away from improving our products and business and only creating extra work for us to gather evidence that Payment Gateways require to close disputes. Not only this but in almost all cases, gateways charge a dispute fee, so not only would we be refunding the money but we would be out of pocket also.

Please honor a fair exchange of paying money to receive the life’s work and intellectual property of TNL team, so that we can make a living and continue to help men live vastly more fulfilling lives.

Termination / Reservation of Rights

Natropia Global Ltd. reserves the right and sole discretion to:

  1. Terminate any account for non-payment of instalments, for providing fraudulent account information or fraudulent payment information.
  2. Terminate any account for unsolicited, commercial e-mailing (i.e., Spam), distribution of Internet viruses or similar destructive activities, activities whether lawful or unlawful that Natropia Global Ltd. determines to be harmful to its other customers, operations or reputation, or for any breach of these terms.
  3. Suspend the Service at any time for any duration of time when necessary, without penalty or liability to ourselves.

You agree that it may be necessary for us to temporarily suspend the subscription for technical reasons or to maintain network equipment.

Please see our Privacy Policy for details of how personally identifiable information is collected and may be processed or shared with others.

Intellectual Property 

This website contains original content, features and functionality that is the exclusive property of Natropia Global Ltd. and sole owner of all content on TNL Academy, including, without limitation, all applicable copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property rights thereto, as well as text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video and other material appearing on TNL Academy.

Your use of TNL Academy material is for your own personal and non-commercial use only.

You may download and print extracts from TNL Academy courses for your own personal and non-commercial use only, provided you maintain and abide by any copyright or trademark notice or restriction in any material that you download or print.

You may not use any TNL Academy material for any other purpose without our prior written approval. You are not allowed to create a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part of the material appearing on TNL Academy.

Unauthorised use of any of TNL Academy material may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Changes to these terms and conditions of use

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion at any time. Any revised terms and conditions will be applicable at the time of posting on our website. Make sure that you review these terms and conditions regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use our website after the changes have been posted.
